Candied pears have a subtle, sweet flavour and are perfect for baking, cake decorating, cheese platters and festive occasions. Glacé pears make a beautiful addition to both the plate and the pantry.

Our glace pears can be used whole or chopped up in baking and dessert recipes. Add some to homemade ice cream and gelato, chocolates and confections. Glacé pear is particularly delicious when paired with cinnamon.
