The Nut Market
Brazil nuts are one of the most sort after nuts around for both their taste and nutrition. Botanically a fruit seed rather than an actual nut, the benefits of brazil nuts are they are packed full of vitamins and minerals, most notably selenium, and have a rich, distinctive flavour. Selenium is a mineral that is very depleted in our soils and so as a result, quite often lacking in our bodies. Brazil nuts are said to be one of the best sources of natural selenium intake.
Other health benefits associated with Brazil nuts nutrition include a healthy heart, radiant skin, weight loss, digestive health, hormone regularity, healthy immunity and more. Brazil Nuts are delectable as a snack on their own or also wonderful in a hiker’s mix.
