Glace Oranges
Our Glace Oranges have been prepared by delicately slicing oranges and then placing them in a dense, heated sugar syrup, which absorbs the moisture from within the fruit and eventually preserves it. Retaining their natural bright orange colour, with a sweet citrus flavour and aroma, our Non-GMO candied orange slices are perfect for baking and cake decorating.
Glacé Fruit, also known as ‘candied’, 'glazed' or ‘crystallised’ fruit is traditionally used in Fruit Cakes or Panforte but can be added to any recipe that calls for dried fruit or candied fruit.
