The rich aroma and taste of Tamari gives these premium grade almonds a delicious salty and robust taste, which along with the roasted flavour, makes it hard to stop at just a few. These yummy nuts are a great snack or cooking ingredient.
Tamari-roasted almonds maintain the fibre, protein and nutrients of raw almonds although the Vitamin E content is reduced due to the heating process. However the roasting of the almonds makes them easier to digest then when raw. These almonds are known for their high magnesium content, which is an important mineral for blood sugar balance, energy production and good moods and is involved in over 300 different processes in the body. Almonds are also a great source of calcium, iron and potassium.
