These dry roasted unsalted cashews have a mouth-watering toasted flavour and warm, nutty aroma. Their crunchy texture and rich flavour make them one of our top sellers. These roasted cashews with no salt, have nothing artificial added and because they are dry roasted, maintain most of their health benefits.
Roasted unsalted cashews have less fat than most other nuts but the fat they do have is mostly Oleic acid, which is important for healthy brain function. Roasted cashews are super high in copper, a trace mineral that is essential for immune function, heart muscles and iron and fat metabolism and are a good source of iron, B6 and potassium. They are also rich in the mineral magnesium, important for over 300 different reactions involved in blood sugar balance, muscular contraction, sleep maintenance and pain management.

Roasted cashews are a delectable snack on their own or in a Hiker’s mix – combined with dried fruit and seeds. Cashews roasted unsalted can be used in sweet nutty treats such as healthy brownies, nut balls and fruit slices. They also make a tasty addition to breakfast cereals.
They can also be ground to make yummy additive-free unsalted nut butter, great in sandwiches, energy balls, or in place of peanuts in satay sauce. Finely chopped cashews are great in pesto when combined with coriander and parmesan, dips and as a base for sauces. Toss roasted unsalted cashews over salads, or add to stir-fries and curries.
