Roasted Hazelnuts
These roasted hazelnuts have been dry-roasted without any added oil or salt. Dry roasting gives hazelnuts a crisp, 'toasted' flavour without the by-products of oil. Roasted hazelnuts are perfect for snacking or adding to salads. Our hazelnuts are non-GMO and have no added preservatives. They have a satisfying, rich flavour and nutty aroma.
Roasted hazelnuts are rich in unsaturated fats (mostly oleic acid), high in magnesium, calcium and vitamins B and E. Hazelnuts are good for your heart, help reduce the risk of cancer, and aid in muscle, skin, bone, joint and digestive health.

Hazelnuts roasted are perfect for snacking as they are; or combine with other nuts, dried fruit and seeds in an energising hiker’s mix. Add roughly chopped hazelnuts to muesli mixes, crunchy granola or breakfast bowls. Dry raosted hazelnuts can also be ground to make additive-free unsalted nut butter. Hazelnut butter is great in sandwiches, energy balls, or in place of peanuts in satay sauce.
Toss roasted hazelnuts over salads. Use ground or chopped nuts on top of tasty savoury bakes; to fill grilled mushrooms or capsicum; crumb fish and meat, or create wonderful seasoned stuffing.
Mix finely chopped nuts with pesto or pureed roasted vegetables like pumpkin, to create yummy fresh dips and sauces. Roasted hazelnuts are also a great addition to muesli bars and energy balls, as well as home-baked biscuits, cakes, muffins and bread.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
