Walnuts raw can be enjoyed on their own as a quick snack, or combined with dried fruit and seeds to create a custom trail mix. Add roughly chopped Walnuts to muesli; smoothies; acai bowls; oat or quinoa porridge; or natural yoghurt and breakfast bowls.
Raw nuts can be activated by soaking in water for 8-12 hours, before slowly dehydrating at very low heat. Use finely chopped Walnuts to crumb fish or meat, in veggie burgers, nut loaves and stuffing mix. Walnuts are particularly delicious in fresh salads.
