Glace Pineapple
Glace Fruit is also known as ‘candied’ or ‘crystallised’ fruit. Our delicious, sliced pineapple rings have been prepared in a dense, heated sugar syrup, which absorbs the moisture from within the fruit and eventually preserves it. Glacé pineapple has a sweet flavour and aroma, making it perfect for baking and cake decorating. Candied pineapple makes a beautiful addition to both the plate and the pantry.
