Glace Fruit is also known as ‘candied’ or ‘crystallised’ fruit. Our scrumptious, halved peaches have been prepared in a dense, heated sugar syrup, which absorbs the moisture from within the fruit and eventually preserves it. Glacé peach has a subtle, sweet flavour and is perfect for baking, cake decorating, cheese platters and festive occasions. Candied peaches make a beautiful addition to both the plate and the pantry.

Our glace peaches can be used chopped up in baking and dessert recipes, particularly for Christmas cakes. Add some to homemade ice cream and gelato, chocolates and confections. For a twist on a favourite why not try adding diced glacé peaches and cranberries to your baked, glazed ham.
Use these candied peach halves to decorate cakes or peach and orange puddings. You can also brighten up a fruit and cheese platter with your glace peaches as an alternative when fresh peaches are out of season.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
