Our Glace Ginger, also known as Australian ginger in syrup, is grown locally by Buderim Ginger. This delicious diced ginger has been prepared in a dense sugar syrup, which absorbs the moisture from within and eventually preserves it. Glacé ginger has a tart flavour and bitey aroma, making it perfect for baking and cake decorating. Candied ginger makes a beautiful addition to both the plate and the pantry. Ginger in syrup is traditionally used in Christmas Cakes and boiled fruit cakes.

Why when I look at country of origin it says China rather than Australia as I thought Buderum was?
Beautiful pineapple and ginger products. However didn’t like the prices on product for present.
