Hopeless service two years running

The products are great but the service is lousy. We ordered items for both Christmas 2023 and Christmas 2024 as corporate gifts, thus each time we have asked for a simple card to be included to say "To X....from Y", so the recipient knows where the gift was from. Two years running epic fails as the gift arrived at the destination with no evidence whatsoever of who it was from. Sorry but that is a minimum success requirement and for that you get 1 star.
