Callebaut White Chocolate, the first and the most famous chocolate couvertures. Callebaut White Chocolate Callets are the purest premium, Belgian made creamy white chocolate, with a hint of vanilla, chips available. Callebaut is the oldest cocoa roaster in Belgium, for over 100 years they have been perfecting their recipe.
These solid milk chocolate drops allow chefs to dose, melt and temper the chocolate more accurately – improving the workability of chocolate and supporting chefs and home chefs alike, to obtain great end results.
