Blanched Almond Flakes
These Blanched Almonds have been shaved into delicate flakes. They have a delicious creamy nut flavour, pale cream colour and firm, fresh texture.

Blanched Flaked Almonds are ready to be added to recipes or nibbled as they are. Alternatively, lightly toast them in a dry pan, on low heat, to add extra colour and toasty flavour. Flaked Almonds are great in muesli and granola, or sprinkled over porridge or yoghurt.
They also make delicious addition to trail mixes when combined with seeds and dried fruit. These almonds are conveniently pre-flaked and ready to add to home-baked goods. Use them in muesli bars, breads, biscuits, muffins, traditional fruit cake recipes and as decoration for cakes.
Toasted Blanched Almond Flakes are a perfect crunchy topping for banana splits, ice cream sundaes, cakes, salads or stir-fries.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
