Dried organic goji berries have a mild sweet taste and chewy texture. Some folks like them reconstituted with hot water first to soften them…try it for yourself and let us know!
These are a real Himalayan delight that makes a soothing tea drink. Goji Tea can be made by soaking Goji Berries in hot water for 3-5 minutes or pop a few in the teapot/infuser with your favourite herbal blend. Include them in smoothies, chia puddings and sprinkle over natural yoghurt or acai bowls. Sprinkle over salads to add a tart complex flavour.
