Tamari Almonds
Our Australian-Grown Tamari Almonds are roasted in a delicious wheat-free Tamari Sauce. The rich aroma and taste of Tamari gives these premium grade almonds a delicious salty and robust taste, which along with the roasted flavour, makes it hard to stop at just a few. These yummy nuts are a great snack or cooking ingredient.
Tamari-roasted almonds maintain the fibre, protein and nutrients of raw almonds although the Vitamin E content is reduced due to the heating process. However the roasting of the almonds makes them easier to digest then when raw. These almonds are known for their high magnesium content, which is an important mineral for blood sugar balance, energy production and good moods and is involved in over 300 different processes in the body. Almonds are also a great source of calcium, iron and potassium.
- Tamari is a Japanese soy sauce. Ours is gluten-free and not as salty as typical soy sauce
- non-GMO
- no artificial preservatives, flavours or colours.
- have all the fibre, protein and nutrients of raw almonds

Enjoy The Nut Market's crunchy Almonds Tamari as a convenient snack or roughly chop these delicious nuts and toss over vegetables, tempeh or tofu, noodles or meat. The crunchy texture makes them great in salads and tabbouleh or when blended with raw almonds they make fantastic natural almond butter.
Crush Tamari Almonds in a mortar and pestle with salt, sesame seeds and dried chilli or any spice you choose, for a wonderful delicious condiment.
