Dry Roasted Peanuts
Our dry-roasted peanuts are grown and processed locally in our home state of Queensland! They are unsalted and dry-roasted to perfection without any added oil, creating a toasted nutty flavour. They have no added salt, preservatives or flavours, and are non-GMO. Enticing and crunchy; Dry Roasted Peanuts are perfect for snacking, making fresh ground peanut butters, or adding to your favourite recipes.
Despite their name, peanuts are unrelated to tree nuts and are actually a legume! As a legume, they’re related to beans, lentils, and soy. Peanuts are rich in protein, fat, and various healthy nutrients. Studies show that peanuts may even be useful for weight loss and are linked to a reduced risk of heart disease.
They are an excellent source of many vitamins and minerals including biotin, copper, niacin, folate, manganese, vitamin E, thiamine, phosphorus, and magnesium.
